MOAYE x LAB CUP Tournament Charter and Rules (ENG)

What is the MOAYE x LAB CUP

1 – This cup is called: MOAYE x LAB CUP

2 – It is organized in partnership with MOAYE BOUTIQUE

3 – This first edition of this summer tournament is organized in partnership with MOAYE BOUTIQUE. It promotes unity, community, and sport among young Africans and their friends from other nations, particularly those living in Kazan.

RULES:

Articles 1: The Organizing Committee

1-1: Consisting of 3 main bodies

1-2: Participation of 4 referees

1-3: All present will contribute to the success of the tournament through their disciplines and mutual respect

Articles 2: Venue and Date

2-1: The venue is : улица Карбышева 60А

2-2: The date is  Sunday 18 May 2025
2-3 The time is 11:00 – 19:00

Articles 3: Teams

3-1:  There will be 8 squads, the first 8 squads to register.

3-2: Each squad must have a team of 10 people maximum ( example: 9 players and 1 coach).

3-3: A player cannot belong to two different teams at the same time

3-4: Each team must provide a captain or representative

3-5: All team members should be registered  in their respective teams via website.

Article 4: Awards

4-1: 1st place: 10 000 rubles + 10 general tickets to SHISA NYAMA FESTIVAL + trophy

4-2: 2nd place: 5 000 rubles + 10 general tickets to SHISA NYAMA FESTIVAL

Article 5: Support

5-1: A telegram channel is open for all information

5-2: For each match, each team receives a 5-liter bottle of water and 5 cups

5-3: Each team is entitled to 6 players to play in the absence of a pre-defined jersey

Article 6: Game and Others

6-1: A match is played in two 10-minute periods with a 3-minute break (maximum 25 minutes per match)

6-2: A 5-minute break is allowed between each match. 6-3: A referee has final decision-making authority on the pitch.

6-4: In the event of a dispute over the referee’s decision, the team captain or manager may approach the organizing committee and make a request.

6-5: A match is played with (6 players/team), 5 players, and a goalkeeper.

6-6: A yellow card equals a warning.

6-7: Two successive yellow cards in two successive matches equals suspension from the next match.

6-8: Two yellow cards in the same match equals immediate suspension from the current match.

6-9: A red card equals suspension from the current match and the next match.

6-10: A fight equals forfeiture of the current match for the offending team.
6-11: A delay of between 0 and 5 minutes is equal to one goal per minute awarded to the team present.

6-12: A delay of more than 5 minutes is equal to a forfeit for the absent team (absent 0 – 5 present).

6-13: The number of substitutions per match is unlimited.

6-14: The competition begins with 8 teams, including 2 groups. Each team is entitled to 3 matches against the other members of its group. Two winners are selected per group for the next round. The second round will involve 4 teams competing in pairs, resulting in the two finalists. The final will be played between the two finalists. 6-15: Since not everything can be said, the organizing committee reserves the right to act accordingly if difficulties arise.

Article 7: Agreement

7-1: Each participant agrees to comply with everything written in this document.

7-2: Every player participating should have a medical policy in case of serious injury.
7-3: Disclaimer: Every player is fully responsible and liable to any damages that may occur to them or their property during the event. The organizer shall not be accountable for any damages of any sort.
7-4: Each player should sign  this agreement to participate. Participating means you have read, and fully understood, and agree with the tournament’s terms and conditions.
